A diverse group of citizens and members of Civil Society Organizations in the Municipality of Obiliq have discussed the concepts of social auditing at the local level. This is an initiative for monitoring projects, which is being welcomed and seen as a motivating tool to empower and increase citizen engagement, involvement in policy-making processes, and seeking increased accountability for local-level institutions.
