The Social Audit Group in Obiliq discussed the findings and recommendations with the Mayor of the Municipality, Xhafer Gashi, for the monitored projects . The focus was on participatory budgeting processes during the early planning stages , as well as systematic interventions to improve access for people with disabilities .
