The social audit group, consisting of citizens from various professions, including business representatives, Village and Neighborhood Councils, members of civil society, and activists, held their first training meeting for Social Audit. There was a significant interest among participants to discuss Social Audit, which aims to foster citizen-municipality collaboration in decision-making, enhance accountability and transparency, and monitor the improvement of services provided by the municipality.
The Social Audit project is being developed with the support of the Ministry of Local Government Administration (MLGA).
