Kosovo Local Government Institute, on June 1, held a workshop with local non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and activists on the process of monitoring public funding of NGOs at the local level.

The workshop was held for the presentation of the methodology for monitoring public funding of NGOs in municipalities, developed by the Kosovo Foundation for Civil Society (KCSF) and KLGI, with the aim of building a transparent and accountable process for programming, disbursement and implementation of public funding for NGOs.

This activity has been organized within the Citizen Engagement Activity in Kosovo, implemented by the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation in Kosovo (KCSF) in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). KLGI is a partner of KCSF in implementing this activity.
