After many discussions and ideas, citizens from various professions in the social audit group at the local level in the Municipality of Lipjan discussed and coordinated on the form of project monitoring during implementation by local authorities. This is made possible by the Social Audit project at the local level, which also includes the Municipality of Lipjan and aims to promote citizen-municipality cooperation, with the goal of benefiting everyone from the projects carried out. Social auditing is a method that helps citizens, civil society, and other actors to engage in local governance.
