Kosovo Local Government Institute (KLGI), organized the next informative/consultative meeting within the framework of the project “Civil Society as a Promoter of Public Contribution” with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Municipality of Ferizaj.
This project aims to consolidate CSOs at the local level to serve as facilitators between local community initiatives and municipalities, increase professional contributions, encourage regional initiatives, and promote European integration processes. The project also seeks to improve collaboration between representative groups, municipalities, and local communities.
During the meeting, discussions focused on enhancing cooperation among representative groups, municipalities, and local communities. Simultaneously, the process map was presented, including: CSO trainings, involvement in the co-creation process, and direct contributions with underrepresented groups in local policies.
This activity is implemented with the support of the regional project “SMART Balkans – Civil Society for Shared Society in the Western Balkans” implemented by the Centar za promociju civilnog društva in partnership with the Institute for IDM Albania and the Center for Research and Policy Making, and financially supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway (NMFA).
