Kosovo Local Government Institute (KLGI) held a training session with local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and activists for the process of monitoring minimum standards for public consultation at the local level.
The training aimed to present the methodology for monitoring the public funding of NGOs in municipalities, developed by the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) and KLGI, with the aim of establishing a transparent and accountable process for planning, disbursing, and implementing public funding for NGOs.
This monitoring process will involve 16 civil society organizations and local activists, who will be engaged in 8 regions across 38 municipalities.
This training was conducted within the framework of the Civic Engagement Program, implemented by the Kosovo Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Kosovo. KLGI is a partner of KCSF in the implementation of this activity.
