Kosovo Local Government Institute (KLGI) organised the workshop where findings from the Country Report (Kosovo) related to the field of local government were discussed. Participants were officials for European Integration in Municipalities and representatives from the Ministry of Local Government Administration (MLGA).
The findings of the European Commission Report on the country were presented during the workshop, while the findings in the areas affecting local governance were analysed and discussed.
Local governance has been analysed and evaluated in specific areas of municipal competences and sectoral and inter-institutional issues during the 2021 reporting period.
The KLGI Institute has analysed the Country Report and issued the analysis with a focus on issues related to local government, which serves institutions, public actors, civil society and the media as a reference point for the challenges of local governance.
The activity was carried out in the framework of the program “Dialogue for European Municipalities (DEM)”, supported by the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Kosovo.
