KLGI Institute
has continued its support for thematic groups in the Municipality of Dragash
as part of the project “Civil Society Promoter of Public Contribution,” supported by SMART Balkans. The groups are focused on gender equality, the protection of minority communities, and marginalized groups.
Initially, goals and strategies were set, and key issues were identified and prioritized. In this phase, a map was created to address them through municipal mechanisms and funding. After addressing these issues, the groups will monitor implementation and formalize into consultative committees to advance municipal policies and processes.
This meeting was supported by the regional project ” SMART Balkans – Civil Society for Shared Values in the Western Balkans,” implemented by the Center for the Promotion of Civil Society (CPCD) in partnership with the Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM) and the Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM), and financially supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA).
