From the analysis “Budgeting Process in Municipalities – Citizens Near or Far,” the following data emerges regarding budget hearings:
Out of twenty (20) submitted reports, four (4) municipalities held general budget hearings.
Seven (7) municipalities held three (3) types/targets of hearings (zones/villages, institutions/sectors, and focus groups).
One (1) of them held a meeting with (political subjects).
Eight ( 8 ) municipalities held budget hearings with two (2) types/targets (center/villages).
