20 trainers, men and women, are ready to engage in improving the capacities of NGOs to monitor and participate in policy-making at the local level.
The three-day training on the topic of “Participation in decision-making and policy-making at the local level” was carried out in the form of discussions, group work, information exchange, and simulation of real processes. Thus, the future trainers became familiar with the policies and legislation that regulate local governance in Kosovo, as well as acquired the necessary skills for the engagement of local NGOs in addressing community issues through monitoring and participation in decision-making processes at the local level.
This training has been organized withing the Citizen Engagement Activity in Kosovo, implemented by the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation in Kosovo (KCSF) in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). KLGI is a partner of KCSF in implementing with activity.”
