Hani i Elezit
Area and Population
The municipality of Hani i Elezit is located in south eastern Kosovo. It covers an area of approximately 83 km² and includes town of Hani i Elezit and 11 villages.
According to the Kosovo Population and Housing Census 2020, the total population is 10.090.
Governing Structures and Political Overview
The total number of voters in Hani i Elezit municipality registered for the last municipal elections held in November 2021 was 8,467 including out of Kosovo voters.
The voter turnout was 59.9 percent/5,072 voters (source: Central Election Commission).
